Kauri Glen BnB is just over an hour drive north of Auckland on the east coast NZ. The Estate has 550 acres of private rolling land with breath taking sea and island view. You will enjoy walking through 7 km of walking track through out the estate that provide the view of the native bush, open farm land with sea and island view. Your stay is surrounded by and overlooking kauri and ti tree native bush, truffiere with oak and hazelnut trees, maybe a few cows / sheep outside the fence. Kauri Glen BnB offers free on property parking, WIFI & free view TV in the room and it’s own kitchenette is just outside the bedroom door including microwave, fridge and coffee / tea making facilities. An healthy continental breakfast with options is included.

We were amazed by the natural beauty in this area when our motor home bought us to visit for the first time 3 years ago, and now it is our home. Surrounded by an ever changing landscape, the views are spectacular in all weather conditions. We have loved meeting new people, hosting old friends, rounds of golf, beach / bush walks. We are enjoying our new life here. Now we are opening this BnB so more people will have the opportunity to discover the beauty of one of the best parts of New Zealand.

We are about 10 Minutes away from Mangawhai where there are a range of restaurants such as The Dunes, Wood Street Pizza and cafes, Pipis Art shop, supermarket etc. Beautiful white sand beaches are just a few kms away. There are lakes for water skiing, wind surfing, Tracks for walking and biking. Remenber, Te Arai and Mangawhai are a vibrant, trendy places with stunning natural landscapes. The enjoyment and relaxation is endless here.
