This 1970s kiwi bach blends retro charm with modern comfort, featuring spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, sunny conservatory, and outdoor BBQ area. With a double garage for storing outdoor gear, it’s ideal for those enjoying the area's activities. Perfect for families, couples, or pets, Kina Beach House offers a peaceful setting with easy access to the beach, parkland, and local attractions. NOTES: *This is a split-level house with multiple stairs, which may not be suitable for small children who are not familiar or comfortable with navigating stairs. Please ensure they are closely supervised when moving between levels. *Please note that the back lawn at Kina Beach House was flood-damaged during winter and during the installation of new water tanks and drainage. It’s being rehabilitated and may not be fully usable for some time. Rates have been adjusted accordingly. There’s a grassy reserve just across the road that’s perfect for kids to play. Thank you! *BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
