With only a few visible neighbours around, this property has such peace and quiet you can hear the birds singing all day long. The view is breathtaking, especially with the sun rising over the water directly in front of the house which you can watch from your bed! The architecturally-designed Retreat and Studio were completed in 2018 so have all the luxury mod-coms and everything you need. A sealed driveway and carpark for 2-3 cars enables easy access to these single-level houses. The Retreat and Studio are separate, self-contained units, both with a King size bed (can be split into twin singles; please request), heatpump/air-con, and living room with smart TV. The open-plan kitchen or kitchenettes have all the usual appliances including fridge, stovetop, oven (retreat only), dishwasher (retreat only), kettle and complimentary tea/coffee & basic breakfast. Plenty of outdoor furniture such as table & chairs and BBQ, and a shared grass area with large 2-person daybed. Please be aware the unit next door may be rented separately by other guests whom also have access to the outdoor bath and beach track. If you would like to book both units for extra space/guests please contact us. The Retreat and Studio will both have access to our unique outdoor hot-water bath with wooden screens for privacy... Gorgeous spot for those romantic nights with your partner (or maybe just some 'you time'). PLEASE NOTE this may not be available due to water restrictions during peak Summer season.
