Le loft is a standalone unit in our garden,a very special peaceful hideaway ,your entrance is completly seperate fro m the house,comfortably furnished with everything you need . Complimentary tea and coffee ,milk on arrival,toaster ,microwave and fridge parking is on the street ,free and plenty available there are ten steps to walk up ,their is a handrail,very moderate steps we are a short walk to the town of akaroa Our rates include all linen and cleaning,but please note there is no cooking facility in your room an outside bar b que is available for your use ,there is a four square supermarket ,and plenty of eating out options

my husband and I enjoy meeting people from all over the world we have a cat miss maisey and her sidekick cosmo who has adopted us we enjoy travelling and spending time with our grandchildren

Akaroa is a small peaceful town with lots of things to see ans do . Rich in culture ,we have the hector dolphin in our harbour ,boat cruises,sightseeing or just laying back and listening to the birdsong of our many native birds. Lots of resturants and cafes to call into or enjoy Fish and chips on the waterfront
