The home is anchored around a glorious outdoor area with your own solar pool, outdoor fire, large outdoor table, sun loungers and couch. The wall between indoor and outdoor opens fully with floor to ceiling glass doors for the ultimate indoor outdoor flow. Close to Mount Maunganui for food, shopping and nightlife, as well as only being a 5 minute drive to the local Papamoa Plaza for supermarkets. The house comes with three large bedrooms, plus two living areas so the family can each have their own space. It’s complemented with 2 full bathrooms and a separate toilet. Glimpse sea views from the upper level as you are across the road from the beach with private access, however nestled nicely back from public view for a truly peaceful holiday. The place comes fully fitted out with a large tv for night time movies, a complete kitchen and double garage. The master suite has a luxurious bed, separate tv and ensuite, attached to a private lounge with a deck. There are two further bedrooms down the hall with their own bathroom with a shower and bath. Bedroom two has a queen bed, while bedroom three is a cool kid zone with bunks, a double desk and mini office chairs. There is a second living area with a couch bed to accommodate extra guests. The upper floor benefits from full air conditioning to keep cool. There is also a dedicated workspace for those keeping a tab on work while on holiday. If you have young children you will need to ensure the sliding doors out to the patio are closed. This is a quiet private row of houses and therefore parties or excessive noise is not appropriate.
