Easy parking for your boat, only a 4-minute walk to the beach, a 5-minute walk to "The Lost Spring," and a nice 15-minute walk to the cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and bars. Ease of living in a beach theme, 3-bedroom home. Down a shared driveway and off the road. Feel safe and secure. Make memories that will last a lifetime. It is a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. Our property includes linen for the beds you book (to be discussed in a private message), 1 shower towel, and 1 beach towel per paying guest. We provide a home starting package including toilet paper, bathroom/kitchen cleaners/clothes, tea towels, Paper towels, bathroom mat, and bathroom hand towel. Tea, coffee and sugar, and small milk are also provided. Please note: if you book for 2 people and don't message us, we will make a 1 x Queen bed only. If you book for 4 people and don't message us, we will make 2 x Queen beds - NO more, and we won't be able to make them up when you arrive. We like to discuss options with you before your stay and get it just perfect for your requirements. We have a tight turnaround as we allow a late checkout time of 11 am. This means we do require you to leave no later than 11 am. We provide a BBQ for your stay. If you use this and don't clean it, we will charge you extra cleaning fees. We do ask that you clean the kitchen items you used, with respect to our cleaner's time. We value our neighbors and have asked them to call us if they have any problems with our guests. We have so far not had one complaint. We really don't want to be upsetting them, and we ask that our guests respect them also. You can not park in the shared driveway at all - we have a lot of off-street parking on our property for your cars and boats. We do our utmost to please our guests; we ourselves have traveled a lot and are very understanding.

We enjoy living here in Whitianga, New Zealand. We enjoy getting outdoors, boating, fishing, swimming, and riding our bikes around our town. We love to see others enjoying our town and do what we can, so others can enjoy it as much as we do. We are easy to contact, by phone, we do random checks to see how many guests are staying, or our neighbors tell us! We hope you treat our place as if it were your own holiday home. WE are always available on cell, and if for any reason we leave town, we make sure you know who is hosting our property on our behalf. You will always have an available contact if you need us. We ask that you respect our home and don't have extra unpaid guests. We can then hopefully keep this home available as a short-term holiday rental home.

Our home is down a long shared driveway, meaning the traffic noise is far less than in many areas in Whitianga, and it is safe for children. Please note our section is not fenced. You will be within a 4-minute walk to the beach, down a walkway, across the road from our driveway, a 10-15-minute walk to town, and only 5 minutes to The Lost Spring. Great quiet neighbourhood. Our property is on a shared driveway, and you will have your own designated area to park your cars and boat. Our neighbours are our friends, and we like to keep them happy. No parking on the driveway is permitted. You have plenty of areas to park. Our neighbours also assist us by telling us of noise, disturbance, or any concerns they have. We have never had a complaint, we hope to keep it this way.
