Marinaside Villa is a Taupo holiday apartment central to all the action with WiFi. Relax in style at this contemporary lifestyle apartment with partial elevated views over the marina, lake, river, parks and city. This Taupo holiday apartment enjoys a central location allowing you to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the river to parks and Taupo Central Shopping Precinct... make the most of restaurants, markets, entertainment and many activities on offer, or for the boat enthusiast, the picturesque marina and boat ramp are a mere 5 minutes away. Plus, the secure gated pool complex provides great entertainment for family and friends with a swimming pool and BBQ area! The layout of this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 level home is as follows: On the top floor is an open plan kitchen and living, bathroom with a toilet and hand basin, and a double bedroom opening onto a small deck. The middle floor has 2 bedrooms, one with king bed, the other a queen bed plus a Port-a-cot, a shared ensuite bathroom, and access to the courtyard with street level access. The lower level 4th bedroom is located off the garage and has a double bed. The garage with internal access is 7.5m in length and has an additional very comfortable seating area. A quiet spot to get away from it all. Please note that this bedroom is cooler during the winter months as it is an attachment to the garage, and not as well insulated. Whether it's fishing, boating, skiing, tramping, exploring new territory, experiencing some of the many adventures/activities on offer in our lovely district, or simply relaxing away from your normal routine... Marinaside villa is your ideal holiday base! The shared swimming pool is heated to 26 degrees between Labour Day to the last week of the first term of the school holidays. Please note that there is only 1 designated carpark in the complex garage and limited shared parking onsite which works on a first-come-first-serve basis. Additional cars will need to park in side streets...
