We are a thriving family of 6 and our property and rentals are our livelihood. You will find Ross around our manicured property upgrading spaces or mowing and maintaining our 7-acre property. We love visitors and ensure you get top quality service from us. We love to share our beautiful piece of paradise with you. Our jewel is the Lake which is a shared space for all our guests and the hosts family. The outdoor kitchen area is private but can be made available on request.

We are located directly off the Coastal Highway at the doorstep to the Abel Tasman National Park. We are 2 minutes away from Motueka yet we have a rural outlook with Sea Views to the Tasman Sea and Mountain Views to Mt Arthur. We have 7-acres of rolling lawn, a lake which is shared with other guests and the hosts family which you can swim and relax at. This boasts a rope swing, a dive pontoon and an outdoor kitchen which can be utilised at the hosts request. Also a playhouse with slide and swing and a trampoline which all need adult supervision at all times. We also have a guesthouse located on the 1st floor of the building. This can sleep up to 3 people and is fully self-contained. This can also be rented on request if you have a larger group. There are also 2 self-contained cottages down the hill closer to the lake where one currently is available to rent.

We live rurally but only minutes away from the township of Motueka. The Motueka wharf is just 5 minutes away and Mapua Village is only 15 minutes away. We are 20 minutes away from the start of the Able Tasman National Park and also Kaiteriteri Beach. Nelson city is only 40 minutes from us. We are very central to all the must see sights in our region. We live right by the ocean and estuary overlooking the Tasman Bay on an elevated site so we have extensive views of the mountains and ocean. Neighbouring our property on 1 side is a sheep farm with rolling hills and the other side is a transfer station in which intermittent noise between the hours of 8.30-4pm can be heard at times. Our property lake is the crowing jewel for our guests to enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, rope swing and outdoor kitchen/bbq or just a beautiful space to hang out with other guests or the hosts. Please note the Lake is the hosts families private area but choose to share with all guests. If you would like to use the kitchen/bbq at the lake area this can be arranged by request.
