Welcome to Your Home Away from Home We’re delighted to host you in our spacious Master Guest Suite in Albany/Rosedale, Auckland’s vibrant North Shore. Whether you’re here for family, business, or leisure, the suite offers a peaceful, private retreat with all the comforts of home. Perfect for 2–3 guests (up to 4 with sofa bed), you’ll have your own entrance and no shared living spaces. The master bedroom features a California King Infinity King-Coil bed, a king single bed, and sofa beds—ideal for families or groups. The room includes a large cloakroom, dressing table, and 50-inch QLED Smart TV with Netflix. The living area combines a simple kitchen and dining space with microwave, mini-oven, hobs, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, utensils, and fresh water tap. A 240L fridge in the hallway keeps food and drinks cool. Our large modern bathroom includes dual vanities, bathtub, shower, washing tub, and washing machine. A dryer is available in the garage on request. Guests may also enjoy the shared outdoor awning deck with table and chairs, shared only between Unit C & D. Lower the roll-down curtain for privacy, but please respect quiet hours (10:00 pm–7:30 am). Ample free on-street parking and two on-site spaces are available. Just across the road, a premium wellness centre offers spa, sauna, and pool facilities for around 20 dollars per visit. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, parks, supermarkets, Massey University, and shopping centres are all close by, with bus stops nearby for easy transport. We provide fresh linens, towels, and essentials, plus complimentary milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and bottled water. To keep the space welcoming, please tidy up, wash dishes, and dispose of rubbish before checkout. Whether short or long stay, we aim to make your Auckland visit comfortable and memorable.
