Mont's Cottage has been a family get away to the farm for generations. A place to relax in privacy within the nature of the farm surroundings. We have just refurbished the cottage with new beach/country fushion style furniture, flat screen Freeview TV .Beds with luxurious comfort toppers. Outdoor furniture on the covered terrace allows evening and daytime relaxation within the private gardens.
We hope you enjoy our special place as much as we do.
We do not live on site, but we are not far away from the cottage, available by phone for any of your needs.
Mont's Cottage is midway between Hokitika and Greymouth, 5km from Kumara Junction. A perfect cyclists haven for those spending a few days exploring the new Westland Wilderness Cycle Trail. Or a great spot to relax on your holiday journey. Only 15 minutes walk to our spectacular wild and serene beach, a perfect place to see and experience amazing sunsets as it sinks into the Tasman Sea. Often Mt Cook is very prominent in the distance down the coastline to the south.
