Having spent 25 odd years in Brisbane working in Property Management the desire to come live in Queenstown got the better of us. Murray (my hubby) and our two dogs returned to Queenstown in 2014 and now call this beautiful place our home. I am lucky enough to manage some of the most amazing properties and making sure your holiday home is ready for you to come and enjoy is an absolute pleasure. This brand new and exceptionally well-equipped cottage has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious, open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening onto a large deck surrounded by hills and mountains. Its furnishings and lighting are luxurious and carefully chosen. Heating and cooling are by heat pump, and a gas fire and under-tile heating in the kitchen and bathrooms keeps the home warm and cosy in winter. The open plan living, kitchen and dining space is generous, with a bright and contemporary feeling. Paintings by a local artist adorn the walls and insert colour and brightness into the space. The laundry has both washing machine and dryer. The garage is accessible to guests and you are welcome to park in there. Snow gear can be stored on the ski and board racks. Another park is available outside the garage. The cottage is a few minutes walk from the main street of Arrowtown, with its high end restaurants, bars and shops. And of course Arrowtown is famous for its historic gold panning; explore the Arrow river walking trails or hire bikes to go further afield. The famous Millbrook golf resort is a few minutes drive, while Queenstown is 15 minutes away by car or bus.

The home is in the Historic Area of Arrowtown, a couple of minutes walk from Buckingham Street shops, restaurants & bars & bus to Queenstown. Loads of walking and biking tracks around the area.
