Newly constructed guest wing, added to one of the oldest homes in the Okauia area. Completed in January 2020, nothing has been spared in terms of comfort and luxury, whilst at the same time staying in keeping with the classic style and beauty of the original home.
Breathtaking North and East facing views of the Kaimais and a thoroughbred farm surround and a relaxing large verandah awaits to enjoy a book, wine or meal or simply to sit outside and absorb the beauty.
The guest wing is exceptionally warm, sunny, secure and private. A luxurious his and hers bathroom with a double shower boasting all the bells and whistles of massage jets and a rainhead shower dumper, offers that extra bit of pampering - perfect if you have just come off the new rail trail bike track, walked up the nearby Wairere Falls, completed a round of golf at the neighbouring Matamata Golf Course..or had a hard day at Hobbiton!
