Hello :) We live upstairs in our 2 story house, downstairs we have a garage and unit with private entry and garden. This unit includes a big room with kitchenette and bathroom that accommodates up to 4 people. Bed options are 1 double + 2 singles, if requested we can provide a baby cot. The kitchenette has lots of supplies like coffee machine, microwave, stove top, electrical fry pan, air fryer, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, fridge and freezer. Guests also have a washing machine. We also provide free WiFi, TV with Netflix and other apps, hair dryer, steam iron, towels etc. In the garden there is a BBQ and garden furniture. Next to our house there is one parking spot available for guests and more available and free spots by the street. Looking forward to seeing you ☺️

We are a family of 4, I am Monika and I live with my husband Thomas and my two teenagers, Simon and Victoria, we also have two ragdoll cats named Koda and Paris who are very friendly and will definitely come and say "Hello" to you when you will stay in our beautiful and quiet place 😊 We originally come from Poland and we came to New Zealand around 10 years ago. We speak English, Polish, and a bit of Japanese. We love to meet new people from around the world and everyone is welcome😊

Our area is very quite and peaceful. Our house is at the very back with a long drive way. We have a lot of nice places to walk. Browns Bay beach - 900m Bayside drive reserve - 700m Freyberg Park- 300m New world and Woolworths - 800m Indoor playground - 700m Near the beach there is lots of shops, restaurants and a playground.
