About this space Beautiful, light, warm 3 bedroom 108 m2 apartment/Townhouse at the edge of Auckland Central city - bottom of Parnell Rise. It is bigger than central city apartments and comes with your own internal garage for your car. The space This entire 3 level townhouse will be yours to enjoy during your Auckland stay. The apartment has a 24hr access digital keypad entrance, which means you don’t need to worry about keeping to any schedules. My Hilux truck just fits in but a big SUV may be too wide but a F Pace Jaguar does squeeze in. As the downstairs bedroom entrance is past the parked car. A wide car makes it a little tricky to get to that bedroom, Small or midsize easy as, Just drop your passengers off first and then reverse in parking close to the wall which will give you room to unload your car and get past. Ground Floor Garage - 1 secure car park, photo in the listing Laundry - washing machine with powder - Dryer Outdoor patio area with Spa Pool. If you like you can do an online shopping order via New World - Victoria Park and have your groceries delivered to 44D. on the day of your arrival, just message me and I will give you a different access code for the door. They have 4-time slots you can use any for them for delivery, the evening ones do get booked out tho
