This Guest Home is fitted out with modern appliances including fridge freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave as well as all utensils, pans & pots etc. We provide basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper. Take advantage of the convenient and safe carpark on the premises next to the guesthouse. Three generous sized bedrooms: Master Bedroom - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Double Bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Washing machine and laundry detergent available for guest to use. Keen on a bit of golf?? Titirangi Golf Course is just stone throw away with New World Shopping just 5mins walking distance. Not to mention the best fish n chip store around the corner aswell on Bishop St. Only 20mins from the Auckland Airport, 15 minutes to the Auckland City CBD and 35 minutes to our beautiful Piha beach. This quiet guesthouse is set at the front of the Main residence with guest having access to the front patio deck next to the car space. Guests are allowed to go check out the chicken house but please NO Feeding and removing them out their home. SECURITY: We have a security camera which covers the FRONT GARDEN and DRIVEWAY of the guest house. Strictly No Parties, and No other guests besides the registered guest upon booking.
