There's nothing like an escape to a classic kiwi bach, and you can't go wrong with Pipi Palace! A traditional kiwi holiday home located only 800 metres from both the surf beach and the estuary at the southern end of Whangamata, Pipi Palace is in a sweet spot. Just far enough away for some peace and quiet, and close enough to enjoy everything Whangamata has to offer. The large front deck offers breakfast with the rising sun (for the early birds) or a place to just relax and soak up the rays, and the spacious deck at the rear allows one to relax after a hard day at the beach and unwind as you watch the sunset over the Coromandel ranges or cooking up the catch of the day on the BBQ. Staying in for the evening? A 42" widescreen TV with DVD Player, plus Freeview reception fits the bill, WiFi is on hand to keep you connected or choose from a range of board games to play or a substantial library of books to read. Beautiful spring water is on tap courtesy of the on-site bore and some holiday must-haves including a trampoline for the kids, Kayaks to take to the beach or estuary and an outdoor shower to help wash off the day at the beach. With plenty of room for parking, be sure to bring the boat and get out on the water to catch something fresh for dinner then head home and make use of the fish-filleting bench on-site. In addition to sleeping six comfortably in the main house in three bedrooms, the sleepout has room for another two guests with a set of single bunk beds.
