Also within easy reach are playgrounds, domain swimming and the skate park. A not-to-miss is definitely the sunset harbour cruise from Raglan Wharf. The house is just a five-minute walk from Raglan’s creative hub, the Old School Arts Centre. Here you can enjoy a movie, art exhibitions, music and specialist craft markets. Best of all are the stunning views that await you. Point Street’s elevated location offers a breath-taking and ever-changing outlook to Kaitoki Bay and Karioi Mountain. Raglan may be world-famous for its surf beaches; however, if you enjoy native bushwalks, there are plenty of local options. The Kaitoke Walkway is just 50m from the house. And other choices include tracks to the spectacular Waireinga Falls and Te Toto Gorge. And if you want a change from all the surf and sand, why not try kite surfing, kayaking, golf or mini putt and, of course, fantastic fishing.
