Two lounge areas - plenty of off street parking. Watch the sunset over the western ranges while looking along Tahuna Beach in the foreground. Multiple restaurants and bars close by (within walking distance). Many fun activities also within walking distance eg natureland, playgrounds, minigolf, bumper boats, hydroslide, go-karts plus many more attractions. So much for the kids! CBD is just 4 kms away. Nelson city also has a popular, well known Market each Saturday. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. If you require an early check-in or late check-out I am happy for you to request this and if we don't have people just leaving or arriving the same day this is no problem free of charge. Smoking allowed but must be outside.

I love having guests stay at my property and love hearing the feedback after everyones stay and I do my best to cater for any extra requests and am always trying to make them happy. I have travelled a lot therefore understand the enjoyment people get when away on holiday and I also realise what is needed and what is expected for such a stunning house - cleanliness and a tidy property with great comfort is very important. We have great quality bedding, towels, flannels etc to make your holiday comfortable. Also there are beach towels which can be used for swimming. You will struggle to find such a great house as close to the beach as this property. I enjoy swimming and the sea and sun thoroughly hence why my husband and I bought this property so others can enjoy this too.

Amazing area for socialising at nearby restaurants/cafes/coffees shops including the famous Raglan Roast Coffee Shop. Playground just over the road for the kids should they be bored or need some energy worn off. This is a one of a kind view and area with so much to do. Hydroslide, Bumper Boats available in the summer, mini golf, huge slide for kids, trampoline park, roller skating rink, natureland all just at your doorstep plus much more! You won't be disappointed. There are so many restaurants/cafes just a walk away or a short drive for those a little further away. A fish and chip shop pretty much next door to the house and KFC/McDonalds just along the road. Plus other cafes/restaurants close by. CBD is only a 5-7 minute drive away and is within walking distance should you wish to have a lovely walk to town. Or Richmond is also only a 10 minute drive where you will find many great shops and Nelsons only mall called The Richmond Mall.
