If you’re in the mood for iconic landscapes, the world-famous 90 Mile Beach (Te Oneroa-a-Tōhē) is just 15 minutes from your door. And for a truly breathtaking experience, Cape Reinga (Te Rerenga Wairua) is only 50 minutes from your base. Kaitaia is a convenient 30-minute drive away. Enjoy the convenience of a shop, restaurant, bar and take-away options just a short walk from your door. Embrace the best of the Far North with easy access to fantastic fishing, surfing, and scenic wonders! Our cabins feature outdoor patios, with some freestanding offering private bathrooms. Facilities on-site include a coin-operated laundry, a gas BBQ area, and free parking by each cabin, boat parking is available. Kids love the tree hut and interacting with and feeding the farmyard animals. Each cabin is equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette, and blankets and duvets are available for hire. Guests also have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen/bathroom, dining area and games room.

Ebony and Caesar, our pet sheep, absolutely love taking selfies! Star and Sonnie, our miniature ponies, enjoy a friendly pat and a treat of bread or a carrot. Both children and adults are charmed by Penny, our kunikuni pig, and the free-range hens that roam around, chirping happily. You can find all of them at the holiday park, often mingling with our guests!
We purchased the holiday park in 2000 and still enjoy meeting people and helping them get the most out of their holiday in the beautiful Far North. Our local knowledge about beaches, walks, fishing and swimming gives guests a good idea of what is on offer in the area. There is a multichude of adventures you can have if you know where to go, and you only need to take your lunch and a camera!
