A great location family friendly in a quiet street. Modern Bach/Cottage Fully fenced - Solar Panels reducing carbon foot Clean fresh with plenty of natural light this has a Huge open sunny back section, perfect for children of all ages. Section and house maintain all day sun. Sit on the back deck in the morning and watch the sun come up. In the afternoon on the front deck watch the world go by as the kids play in the large section.A grass beachy Badminton court/ Volleyball court for fun.
