The Tiny House is located in the rural area of Burnham, just 30 minutes from Christchurch, passed by Rolleston. Rolleston is famous for its thriving community, modern amenities, and convenient access to nearby recreational areas and attractions. It is a semi-off-grid tiny house. The tiny house is approximately 500 to 600 meters away from the main house and working shed, and approximately 200 meters away from the main road. Vodafone, 2degrees, and Spark have good signals; the rest have no signal at all. This tiny house is equipped with a cassette toilet. To maintain its cleanliness and functionality, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately for stays of 5 nights or more, on top of the total booking amount.
