Note that the main access to this home is via external steps to the balcony. It is possible to use the rear entry (less steps) once you are checked in. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.

The property is tucked away in a private spot beside the Maitai River - surrounded by green & away from the hustle and bustle of town. Private steps lead you over the river stop-bank to the Maitai River Walkway. You'll be close to the city here - with its shopping, markets, restaurants and cafes, and equally close to Nelson's wonderful walking and mountain-biking trails. Make sure to visit the Maitai Damn, ride the Coppermine Saddle, walk the Centre of New Zealand & to explore the river walkway extensively. Rutherford Park & Queens Gardens along with the lower river walkway outdoor gallery are high on our list of recommendations!
