Featuring relaxing hot pools and an outdoor swimming pool, Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park is 8 minutes’ drive from central Rotorua. Guests enjoy natural bush surroundings, luggage storage and an on-site children’s playground. Rotorua Holiday Park is 10 minutes' walk from the famous Pohutu Geyser and Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve. It is 10 minutes’ drive from Fairy Springs. ZORB Rotorua and Lake Rotorua are both within 15 minutes’ drive away. Linked by covered walkways, recreation facilities include a games room and a communal TV lounge. Mountain biking trails are just 5 minutes' from the property, and there is a children's mountain bike trail onsite. Accommodation options include private rooms and self-contained options. Some accommodation includes private bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. Other rooms offer access to shared amenities including a large communal kitchen and bathrooms.

Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park’s relaxing park-like grounds are the perfect place to base yourself for your Rotorua stay. We are the closest holiday park to the mountain biking tracks for all levels in the Whakarewarewa Forest. We are only a few minutes away from the City Centre, and conveniently located within walking distance to popular geothermal attraction Te Puia where you can see the world famous Pohutu Geyser. The Rotorua Golf Club, New Zealand’s only geothermal golf course is located within walking distance. All guests have access to our well maintained communal kitchen facilities, gas BBQs, bathrooms, laundry, TV rooms, swimming pool (seasonal), kids play area and kids mountain bike track. A visit to Rotorua is not complete without soaking in our free hot mineral pools which are accessible to all guests.
