Property information

Fully self contained Apartments suitable for singles, couples , families or groups.. Walking distance to Paihia/Waitangi and all amenities, 50 metres from the safe and swimmable beach. Great upper and lower decks with uninterrupted seaviews, often with a cruise ship in full splendour . Three levels of building offering privacy for all guests with a variety of spaces. Fully renovated apartments with new furniture and appliances including Smart TV's and high speed fibre wifi. Large and well equipped kitchens to suit all great cooks with a dining tables and furnishings suitable for home dining.

Neighbourhood information

The beach is a stones throw away, service station, takeaway and cafe next door with the Supermarket around the corner. Easy walking distance to both historic Waitangi and Paihia. The childrens playground a 200m walk, Golf Course and wharves all nearby. Nice quiet neighbourhood.
