Brand new centrally heated home located on the cliffs above St Clair. Peaceful and private setting but still only a short drive to central Dunedin. A 10 minute walk down the hill to St Clair cafes and beach (slightly longer for the return journey!).
Guest wing has its own separate entrance and is self-contained with kitchenette, lounge, two ensuite bathrooms each with underfloor heating. One bedroom enjoys coastal views and the other will have a garden view once the landscaping is completed. (Please excuse the building site appearance at the entrance, we aim to have our landscaping completed early in 2025)
We love to travel ourselves, and now have the opportunity to share our fantastic location with visitors to Dunedin.
Our viewing platform 100 metres above the Pacific Ocean is an ideal spot to relax with a drink or a book on a summer evening, or if you’re really lucky, spot a passing whale or view the Aurora.
We are a 5 minute drive away from the popular walking track down to Tunnel Beach and just a few minutes walk away from the St Clair Golf Course.
