Located in prime location, our beautiful villa was meticulously designed with excellent functionality. The open kitchen and dining area offers a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom you will be staying is spacious and sunny with king bed and huge wardrobe. Viewing to the garden.

Diem and Ken are both working professionals. Diem is a payroll specialist and Ken is a civil engineer. We have 2 well behaved children. Our 16 year old daughter wants to be a Mechatronic engineer and is working hard to achieve her goal. Our 7 year old son is quiet because he loves reading. We all love talking to people but also understand people’s privacy.

Prime location. Superbly central, this address is minutes from Westfield St Lukes, Morningside Precinct and Kingsland Village where local cafes, first class dining and boutique shopping await. Enjoy fantastic access to motorways, public transport, the city cycle path and easy journey to the CBD any time of the day. Swimming pool with sauna just 700m away. Public park is just around the corner. Walking distance to Western Spring Park, Auckland Zoo, MOTAT. Very close to Eden park, Museum and Viaduct.
