Nestled in the popular suburb of St Clair is this little gem, just 400m from the beautiful St Clair beach and Hot Salt Water Pools, and a slight extra stroll to the boutique shops and eateries on the Esplanade. A quiet, spacious home with recent renovations give a peaceful suburban feel. The space is fully equipped with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and is the ideal spot for a small family or as business accommodation. Free parking is available on the street, and as this is a quiet neighbourhood, is readily available.

St Clair is a popular area of Dunedin, with great access to some of the best beaches, great cafes and restaurants, and a nearby golf club. A 10 minute drive to the centre of town. There is plenty of parking available, and it's a 400m walk to the St Clair Terminus with regular bus services to town and beyond (bus route 8).
