Our luxury architectually designed accommodation built in 2017 is located on the water front of the Purangi estuary with direct access to the water. The accommodation provides a ideal setting for that special get away complete with a private guest courtyard.
Lorraine & John moved to Cooks Beach to live permanently in 2006 after retiring from their architectural practice. Upon arrival they purchased 2.6ha on run down Pinot noir grapes and set about establishing Mercury Bay Estate . In 2016 after building the cellar restaurant and turning the vines into an excellent producing brand we sold and built our home and luxury accommodation
Cooks Beach is a small seaside settlement on the south side of mercury bay with a 2km golden sand beach great restaurants and world attractions of hot water beach and cathedral cove near by.
