For those traveller's who don't plan on spending vacation time cooking, choose from the many boutique restaurants, cafes and eateries in and about the local towns, otherwise the kitchenette has a multi-functional microwave oven for heating up your meal or delicacies you have just purchased. Accessed by a lock code, the studio has WiFi, a stylish bathroom, super comfortable and cosy double bed with quality linen, a kitchenette equipped with an under bench fridge, toaster, kettle, conserves with teas and plunger coffee.

For many years we hosted overseas students. They came from all over the world to stay and see New Zealand. Some weren't fluent in English but we made them feel welcome and helped them in every way to make their experience exciting. They became part of our family. Now we are doing it just for New Zealanders in our own back yard.

The local swimming pool is literally a 5 minute walk around the corner...but in summer 5 minutes in the Wairarapa sun is all you need!
