The Hotel's restaurant Union Square Bistro, led by Michellin star chef Adam Newell, offers beautiful food in relaxing surroundings. Union Square Bar, with its collection of memorabilia and historic photos, provides a comfortable space where locals and guests alike can relax in front of the cosy fire. The wine list includes a selection of wines that have been grown and made within walking distance of the hotel.
