The funky Poolhouse overlooks the pool (covered out of season) and is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of a small, but buzzing, centrally located town, surrounded by exquisite Waikato farmland and horse studs.
My favourite thing is to travel and experience new countries and cultures, so Sooty and I are excited to welcome and hopefully meet you, if I am on site at the time of your visit:)
The Poolhouse is a flat, 15min walk to town or the racecourse and a 10minute drive to Hobbiton. There is a minimart 300m away Matamata is a centrally-located town close to the North Island's tallest waterfall. It is only a 45minute drive to gorgeous Mt Maunganui surf beach, the bubbling mudpools of Rotorua, beautiful Waikato River bike trails and not too far from Waitomo glow worm caves
