The Tauranga on the Waterfront is situated in a quiet street, less than 5 minutes' walk from the town's shops, restaurants and bars. Some accommodation offers uninterrupted water views. Free high-speed WiFi and on-site parking is available. All rooms at The Tauranga on the Waterfront feature a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities as well as a TV with satellite channels. The well-appointed private bathrooms offer NZ-made toiletries. Ground floor rooms include a balcony with a table and chairs, while the upstairs rooms boast floor to ceiling windows. A guest laundry facility is available, and dry cleaning services can be arranged. Luggage storage is provided.

Reception hours are as follows:

Monday-Friday 08:00 until 20:00. Saturday-Sunday and public holidays 08:00 until 20:00.

Please note that there is an additional charge for any lost room keys of NZD $25.00.

Please note that there is an additional charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

If a valid credit card cannot be provided upon check-in, this property requires a refundable NZD 250 cash deposit to cover any incidental charges.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

This property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, an additional cleaning fee of NZD 250 will apply.
