The 306 Motel Apartments offers modern accommodation with double-glazed windows, heating and electric blankets. There is also an outdoor area with picnic tables. Each room offers a kitchen or kitchenette with cooking facilities and plunger coffee. Guests can watch a movie or sports on the flat-screen TV which includes over 50 cable channels. Some feature include a spa bath and most have air-conditioning. Close to local amenities, the motel is a 2-minute walk to Canterbury University and a 3-minute drive to both Riccarton and Addington Racecourses. It is a 7-minute drive to Christchurch International Airport and 10 minutes’ drive to Westfield shopping centre and Christchurch Railway Station. Guest laundry facilities and dry cleaning services are available. The tour desk can book local activities including skydiving and whale watching tours.
