Top Floor: Two bedrooms – one with a King bed, the other with a Double + Single – plus a family bathroom. Perfect for parents or couples, with elevated views over the township. Middle Floor: Bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. French doors open onto a sunny balcony, ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening wine. This level also has a separate toilet for added convenience. Inside, enjoy board games, books, and cosy seating for all-weather comfort. Ground Floor: A Queen bedroom that connects to a courtyard space with a BBQ and seating – a welcoming spot for alfresco dining, soaking up the afternoon sun, and enjoying visits from friendly native birds.
