Have a unique stay in one of Wellington’s rare Railway Cottages from the 1920s, a heritage listed property.
Nestled in a picturesque, quiet street in one of the city’s most desirable suburbs, you’re just a 10 minute drive / taxi to the city centre, or a short walk to the train station which takes you directly to Wellington station in just 3 short stops (approx 11 minute journey) with beautiful views as you ride, or choose from the many bus options.
The cute Ngaio village is just around the corner for amazing coffee (and donuts!), brunch food, a corner store, a pharmacy, takeaway restaurants for dinner, and more.
You can stay cosy at home with full double-glazing and a central heating and enjoy this tastefully and recently re-decorated home including a freshly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating (updated photos coming soon). Or you can relax on the sunny deck or do one of the many nature walks in the area.
