This unique place has a style and ambience all its own, centrally located around the corner from Eastbourne Village. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the environment. The sea is always changing, the sunsets are amazing and at night you can enjoy the city lights across the water. Whether you’re looking to unwind or hike the scenic trails this location is perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Escape the ordinary and experience the best of coastal living! The house has a very relaxing feel to it, the back deck is amazing, you look out onto a beautiful green back yard. The house is a lovely 3 bedroom home, two of the bedrooms are inside the house the third is in a studio off the deck. The studio also has the laundry area, this is curtained off. Beautiful mirrors and different art work are displayed throughout the property. Your stay here should be very relaxing. A review from a guest... Even better than the photos! This place is an absolute gem — light, bright, cozy, and spotlessly clean with a huge, beautiful garden. You can feel the love and care that’s gone into every detail. It has everything you could possibly need, plus those little touches that make it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better: sea views, just around the corner from lovely cafés, shops, and a supermarket, and right opposite the beach. This is my home, this is where I live but when it is rented I move out and stay with my sister down the road in Days Bay.
This is a beautiful seaside village. There are fantastic walking tracks around the area or you can simply go down to the beach and walk along the waters edge. The Muritai Yacht Club is across the road also the Eastbourne Summer pool and a kids play area. Just past the play area are sports fields. The village itself has excellent cafes, different takeaway shops, a supermarket and green grocer as well as a chemist, real estate shops, an alcohol outlet, a bread shop, plus many more. You can catch the East by West ferry to go to and from Days Bay, a popular swimming beach. The ferry takes you into the centre of Wellington City.
