Unplug and unwind, chilling in our two vintage 1960's caravans. These are off grid, nestled up in the bush in the heart of the Marlborough Sounds. Wake up to spectacular water views and enjoy the tranquility of the native bush and birdsong. This unique setup offers not one but two caravans - a bedroom caravan and a separate kitchen / living / dining caravan, both in an original, clean and tidy condition. A diesel heating system has been installed to heat both of the caravans. Enjoy the rustic charm and views from the hot water bush shower and the novelty of the separate 'loo with a view' from the toilet in the A Frame shed above. These caravans are separate from the main property, located 50 metres above the house amongst native bush. Enjoy the views of the Pelorus Sound below and watch the boats go by.

My family and I (Mum, Dad and three children) live permanently at a separate house on the property. We will respect your space and privacy. However, you may occasionally here some chatter. We invite you to come and share this little piece of paradise with us at this waterfront property, surrounded by native bush and birdsong.

We are located 40 minutes from Picton, 30 minutes from Havelock, 15 minutes from Linkwater and one hour from Blenheim. Property features and things to see and do: - Take in the views from the hot water outdoor bush shower. - Cook a BBQ on the weber BBQ provided - Talk a 5 minute walk down to the private beach below - Take one of the sea kayaks out for a paddle - Swim at our beach or 2 other beautiful sandy beaches are a 5 - 10 minute drive away. - Check out the glow worm grotto up our driveway - Explore the local walks. Mounted Cawte walk and the link pathway are nearby. - Walk some of the Queen Charlotte track. This starts at Anakiwa - a 20 minute drive from here. - Bird watching. Typically you'll see and / or hear Tuis, Bellbirds, Fantails, Moreporks and Wekas.
