Wakatu View - Nelson Holiday Home offers modern comfort with easy access to local dining, cycling, and walking trails - an ideal choice for those looking for a stylish retreat with all the best of Nelson at their doorstep. Please note the home is not suitable for young children. A maximum of two children over the age of 5 may be accepted on a case by case basis subject to agreementthis. It is a two-storey home with entry, living, kitchen, dining and powder room (half bathroom) on the main floor and 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (including one ensuite) on the lower floor. **One of our team will travel to meet you to provide access. Check in is available between 3pm and 8pm. Later check-in may be possible if needed however an after hours charge will apply. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
