We are very well located to most attractions in the City, with being walking distance you can experience what Christchurch has to offer you!! There is Hagley Park at the end of Armagh Street to explore and the Botanical Gardens to visit. Free allocated & Secured carpark.

Neighbourhood information

The West Fitzroy is located in a great area of the CBD for family's many of the Christchurch attractions are nearby and only a ten minute walk to the new Margaret Mahy playground one of the Southern hemispheres largest playgrounds and close enough to new bars and restaurants but quiet enough for peace and enjoyment.
