This can be made up as a king bed. You must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like this made as a king. Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property. There are 3x off street parking spaces. There is room for a small jet-ski, but no room for a boat. We are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. Minimum age to book: 25 years
