My partner Courtney and I are spending the winter season in Methven managing and cleaning some apartments owned by my family for nearly 20 years. I have many found childhood memories of skiing at Mt Hutt with my family! Courtney learnt to ski here 9 years ago in her early 20s and has come a long way from the magic carpet to now conquering Towers and the South Face. We are both previously did a season ski instructing in Australia and this is now our 5th ski season. We try and get up skiing as often as possible and would love to help with any suggestions you need to make your trip as fun and comfortable as possible.

Methven is the Gateway to Mt Hutt ski resort and also close to many other fantastic outdoor areas and activities. There are some great cafe's in town and two supermarkets to cook some yummy homemade meals. Our favourite part of Methven is the locals who are some of the friendliest and most helpful people we have come across.
