We offer peace of mind to our guests, it is not a place to play music or parties. The volumes should always be moderate but from 10pm all volumes should be lowered so as not to disturb other guests or neighbors. The pool is thermal water from a well, being an ancient volcano is super mineralized, drinkable and warm water, not much but enough to relax and be warm inside it. The site has lake and river as well. The property is full of ducks and other animals that are not allowed to be disturbed. We have two family rooms with two rooms. The secondary room is activated with a third person and will be charged as such. The first two guests in the reservation will occupy a single room, and if wanted to be in separate rooms you must pay like a third guest. All our rooms have air conditioning with private bathroom and only the main rooms have cable TV. Rooms with single beds do not have TV. Upon arrival you must read both the rules of the house and pool so that there are no misunderstandings and coexistence is optimal. At all times you must take care of your belongings as we are not responsible for their loss, theft or deterioration. Minors cannot circulate alone on the property and must be supervised all the time by their managers since there is a lake, river and pool, and they can never use them without supervision either. The use of balls and simillar is not allowed to favor the conservation of the fauna and flora of the place and in the pool only floats of small children are allowed. You must provide a phone number to contact you, we live 50 mtrs next to casa de los patos, so to receive you we will stay in contact so we can be here at your arrival. A Sim Card is about 3 dollars and the weekly plan for internet data 5 dollars, we sugest to move with data, its very usefull to drive with google maps at Panama. The neighborhood is very quiet and really the town is not so big, it is accessed by walking, cycling or car everywhere. We are located in a corner of the Anton Valley, in a cul-de-sac with which there is very little traffic and quite quiet. We are one minute from El Rey supermarket and 4 minutes from the town center by car. Inside the property we are surrounded by animals that belong to the property, ducks, geese, chickens, herons, pigeons, etc. We ask you to treat animals with respect, not to touch them and above all not to harm or persecute them.
