Welcome to our seaside haven of serenity! This beautiful beach house is designed to give you an experience of total relaxation, with an immersion in nature and tranquility. Located just steps from the sand, you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets while feeling the sea breeze. The kitchen, dining room and living room share the main open-plan area of the house. Which also has a guest bathroom. The main area leads to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A hallway also leads to the 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms, fans and air conditioning. The bedrooms all have direct access to the pool and the terrace. At the end of the pool is the pool house, which has its own toilet and an outdoor shower. There is also a barbecue area in the lower part of the pool house. From the 2nd floor of the pool house you have a fantastic view and additional seating. The house can be reached via a ramp (ideal for wheelchair users or pushchairs) and is step-free. The house is also equipped with Starlink Internet, so that nothing stands in the way of an evening watching films together.

Costa Pedasi Beach Community is one of the most exclusive gated communities in Panama, especially in the Azuero region. It is a calm, safe and relaxed community located directly at the beach, which you have for you alone most of the time. Pedasi is a friendly and nice little town, with plenty of great restaurants, bars and cafés. There is gas stations, mini-markets, a hospital, and even a visitor center. Just a 20 min boat drive away, you reach Isla Iguana - a protected wildlife reserve with beautiful white beaches, crystal clear water and plenty of iguanas. From Juli to Oktober you can watch wales and sometimes even dolphines during a boat tour or with luck even from the beach infront of the house. You want to surf and party without being in the middle of all the action and noise? No problem, to Venao beach its just a 30 minute drive by car. There you can dive into a vibrant night life, enjoy restaurants, bar and take some yoga or surf lessons. Once you had enough action, you come back to LaCasita and enjoy hearing nothing but the sea.
