The building is located in a strategic area, 50 meters from Miraflores (tourist district), 200 meters from San Isidro (financial district), 10 minutes from Barranco (bohemian district) and about 25 minutes from the historic center of Lima. Everything you need to have an excellent stay in Lima. Uber Taxi arrives in less than 5 minutes! We speak english fluently so we can help with anything you need to know about Lima, Cusco or Peru. All the apartments are very modern and have a small balcony with an amazing panoramic city view. Everything you need for your comfort, as if it were your own home. All apartments have high speed Internet, more than 100 cable channels, Netflix, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, towels, sofa bed, soap, shampoo, etc. All master bedrooms have a queen bed. All bedrooms have high quality bed linen. Common areas in the building: rooftop pool, business center, cinema room, BBQ area, children's room, children playground, etc.

- Underage guests must be with their parents or legal guardian.

- For stays 4 nights or longer, cleaning services are offered at an extra fee. It has to be booked with at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

- The use of the swimming pool is only for registered guests and must be booked at the building’s front desk. The pool is in maintenance on Mondays and Thursdays. The use of this area does not have an additional cost. Please keep in mind that this is a shared space for the whole building complex and the rules are set by the building management.
