Well this property is built in 1965 only one floor later 1980 built a second floor and in 1990 built a third floor ,this house is special because I born here I spend my childhood here I got a lot good memorys and is located in front of a beautyful park I use to play when I was little kid.

This neighbourhood is San Miguel district is well located place to stay, the best and safe place to stay close to the airport and this house is close to the Lima Zoo walking distance , we are close to restaurants ,pharmacys shopping center ,night clubs we are close to Plaza San Miguel is a big Mall with a lot things to see , cinemas etc we are located strategically in the middle of the city of Lima ,Miraflores and the port La Punta Callao and the Airport of Lima, we got conexión to all city by bus from this neighbourhood.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
