Astra Bella Apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area on the outskirts of the city of Dumaguete. It offers a comfortable home holiday for travelers and can fit a total of 15 people. This is a single attached fully air-conditioned two-story apartment that is well gated and has its own private 1-car parking space. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals at their own convenience. For safety purposes, this apartment also provides an attached fire escape ladder that is connected to the two bedrooms upstairs, which would lead directly to the side gates of the entire property. A 500L water tank is set so that our guests will never run out of water even in the middle of the night. A small balcony is available where guests can enjoy the street views. This accommodation surely is a perfect definition of “home away from home”. This apartment’s standard occupancy is 12, with a maximum of 15 guests. An extra person fee of Php 750 per person per night applies starting from guest #13. Please make sure the correct number of guests is entered when booking so we can prepare your stay accordingly. For requests beyond the maximum, we can allow up to 2 additional adults at Php 500 per person per night. Kindly note that we can only provide extra towels for the 2 additional guests—NO extra beds or linens. Up to 3 children aged 0–7 may stay for Php 250 per child per night if the booked guests have already reached maximum occupancy. The fee is payable via a payment request we will send here on Airbnb. This includes an extra blanket and towel, but not extra beds. Please inform us if additional children will stay beyond the maximum occupancy to avoid confusion.

It is an 8-minute walk to ACE Dumaguete Doctors Hospital, a newly built hospital that recently open its doors to the public. The famous Rizal Boulevard, one of Dumaguete City’s pride, is just a 10-minute drive from the property. Tricycles can be accessed any time of the day and can be hired to bring you from point to point within the city.
