Surrounded by lush tropical garden nestled in a homey atmosphere, perfect quiet place in the center of Boracay with bars outside the property. 3 to 4 minutes away from the beach. Located in front of souvenir shops, fruit stands & main roads, and 5 minutes to wet market. (Talipapa) OCCUPANCY Minimum Occupancy - 2 Persons | * Maximum Occupancy - 3 Persons Children 12 years old below are free of charge as long as share bed with adult. 13 Years Old are considered as adult. * Standard rate based on minimum occupancy. GUEST ACCESS Aside from own unit/room/suite spaces booked, guests can use the facilities in the lobby/reception area, garden dining areas, party areas, barbeque grill area DURING YOUR STAY Security Deposit of P2,000 is required upon check in. Avana Hills Boracay Prime located in a compound comprised of lush tropical garden together with other structures containing cafes and lobby. The main gate fronting the main road and E-mall souvenir shops. 711 Convenient Store is just outside the main gate. 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. 5 Minutes walk to wet market ( talipapa ). There are bars along the main road outside the compound. Fruit Stands are just outside the compound.
