It's a walking distance to the laundry shop, to the markets, cafes, bike rentals, to the friendly few surf breaks, and 10mins drive to different surf spots. Perfect for couples or solo travelers who want to embrace the island’s laid-back vibe, or just relax and surf. This house is a local home that I personally renovated with simplicity and comfort in mind, I like the blend of raw-cement textures and colorful art pieces it creates a space that’s humble, relaxed, and has personality hehe nothing fancy but it's warm and livable. It's thoughtfully putting it together to make you feel at home. The private room features a comfortable queen-sized bed, air conditioning, a stand fan, side working table, and convenient charging outlets, simple hanging rack for clothes and a tiny dehumidifier. The open-plan living and dining area flows into a well-equipped kitchen, stocked with essentials including brand-new non-stick pans, brand-new knives, a blender for fresh island fruit, an air fryer, and a mini fridge to store your food. The bathroom is compact but fully functional, with a hot shower (if needed) And there's a creative studio room ideally for painting, journaling, reading, writing or working. The studio room has stunning view of the jungle lush of the banana trees. There's also a balcony outside for smoking, chilling, reading or playing games, (card game and chess board) and when it gets hot please bring the fan outside The neighborhood is peaceful, with few occupied homes nearby, perfect for those who appreciate quiet and privacy. PS. I don't have STARLINK WIFI in the house but I do provide wifi router which is good enough and has unlimited data for a month. I'm still waiting for the FIBER CONNECTION to be available in the area.
