And with its unbeatable price, you won't have to break the bank to enjoy all the comforts of home. Welcome to our 3-BR 1-TB townhouse/row house. As early as now, we kindly ask to please manage your expectations on our bedrooms. The bedrooms are NOT BIG but just enough to provide you a restful, comfortable, sound and safe sleep. However, if you are on a budget, this is the best accommodation you can find around the area! The house is located in Deca Homes Tungkil Minglanilla subdivision. Our place can comfortably sleep 7. Guests more than 7 will sleep on the floor with provided mattress and may not have AC privileges.
I love helping out people on a budget accommodation while making them feel they got their money's worth because of the exceptional customer service and great operations in operating this short term rental. I enjoy blessing people!
The property is best accessed by car but there are abundant public tricycles just outside the gate. We have a dedicated parking for at least 1 car and 1 motorcycle.
