Located just across from the subdivision plaza, this cozy studio blends barn-style character with modern comforts. Distinctive doors and windows lend the space a relaxed personality while maintaining privacy throughout the day. Inside, you'll find a double sized bed, a cabinet, a two-layer clothes rack, and a shelf to keep your essentials organized. Stay cool with air conditioning, or use the fan to let fresh air circulate when the windows are open. The bathroom features multiple built-in niches and a shelf for your toiletries. Shampoo and body wash are provided. The compact kitchenette is stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, and mugs for two. For simple meals, it includes a mini electric stove, kettle, rice cooker, pot, pan, and a full-sized refrigerator. Mineral drinking water is provided for your stay. Enjoy meals at your private table and chairs just outside the room. Smoking is not allowed inside the studio, but guests are welcome to smoke in the outdoor dining area. An ashtray is provided. Please dispose of cigarette waste in the trash bin when the ashtray is full. A laundry area at the back makes longer stays easier, and parking is conveniently available at the side of the house. If you need something quick, there’s a sari-sari store right next door and another just across the plaza. Snacks and essentials are always within reach.

You're just 5 km from KCC Mall and 5.5 km from SM, two popular destinations for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Need medical assistance? Socsargen County Hospital is just 4.9 km away. Right across the street is a small plaza, with sari-sari stores just steps away for picking up quick essentials, snacks, or cold drinks. Parking is available at the side of the house.
